Virtual Pre-Shift

Kevin Henry has spent the past 30 years in the restaurant and wine business. From a busboy in a small Colorado restaurant, to the General Manager of a steakhouse in Las Vegas, to managing a sales division for a Napa Valley Wine producer, he has learned all aspects of restaurant and wine service along the way. The fine dining server training received, along with the wine accreditations (Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine)  have allowed Kevin to develop a unique skill set perfect for this opportunity.
